Mango Kerabu (Kerabu Mangga)


500 g Unripe mangoes, peeled, stoned and shredded
1 tsp Dried prawns (shrimps), soaked to soften and ground
2 tbsp Roasted grated skinned coconut
2 tbsp Lime juice
Salt and sugar to taste
Finely Ground
10 Bird's eye chilies (cili padi)
10 Shallots, peeled




In a bowl, well mix mangoes, dried prawns and roasted grated coconut. Add ground ingredients and mix until well-combined. Season with lime juice, salt and sugar to taste. Serve immediately.
