Fish and Papaya Soup

Ingredients
300g threadfin (use tail portion),

washed and drained
300g half ripe papaya, peeled,

seeds removed and cut into cubes
3 slices ginger
500ml water
Salt to taste


Method

Except for salt, combine all other ingredients in a double-boiler or heatproof bowl.

 

Double-boil for 1 hours. Add salt and remove from heat.


Serve the soup hot.
